I have been a Mental Health provider for more than 10 years. I specialize in general mood disorder, intersectionality of identity, acculturation and LGBTQ+ populations. I implement multiple interventions including psychodynamic, CBT and ACT. I became a clinical social worker because I am passionate about working with disenfranchised populations. I have always been amazed at the resilience of the human spirit and the ability of people to overcome challenges.
Outside of my clinical practice, I am an improv performance and a language/culture enthusiast. Other interests include music, reading, and trying new foods.
