I have been in the mental health field for the past 12 years and have spent most of my time working with children, adolescents and families. My approach to therapy is one based in compassion and collaboration. I believe in helping people use their strengths in order to tackle their current challenges. My goal is to create a comfortable space for each person and I aim to understand their world through their experiences. It is a real honor and joy to work alongside people to achieve their goals and develop resiliency.
