TrueCare received the Breastfeeding Friendly Workplace Award for excellence in providing lactation support to its employees. <\/strong>The recognition comes from the San Diego County Breastfeeding Coalition and was presented at their annual Liquid Gold Gala on October 23. Over the years, TrueCare has implemented and grown its tangible lactation support initiatives companywide. Efforts include integrated HR training for all staff, breastfeeding education for anyone who requests it, a pump rental program, and one-on-one newborn support, among other actions. Several teams and departments contribute to realizing our vision, including TrueCare WIC, human resources, senior leadership teams, operations, Women\u2019s Health and Pediatrics. At Truecare, advocating for our employees when it comes to their choice to breastfeed is ingrained in our culture! We are grateful to the Coalition for recognizing our program.<\/p>\n
