Nacido y criado en San Diego, amo a mi comunidad y me siento privilegiado de guiar y educar a las mujeres a medida que logran sus metas relacionadas con la salud. El verdadero bienestar comienza en casa con un buen sue\u00f1o, un gran vaso de agua, una dieta basada en la mayor\u00eda de las plantas, tiempo en la naturaleza, conexi\u00f3n social y ejercicio regular.
