Mientras trabajaba a trav\u00e9s de la escuela de medicina aprendiendo sobre la fisiopatolog\u00eda y el tratamiento de la enfermedad, me di cuenta de la importancia de la prevenci\u00f3n y la intervenci\u00f3n. Hoy en d\u00eda, en mi pr\u00e1ctica, hago que sea una rutina compartir ese conocimiento y proporcionar las herramientas para que mis pacientes se cuiden a s\u00ed mismos y a sus familias. Lo que m\u00e1s me gusta de trabajar para TrueCare, adem\u00e1s del incre\u00edble personal, es la gran cantidad de recursos que tenemos para hacer que la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica sea m\u00e1s accesible y asequible para cualquier persona y para todos. \u00a1Tambi\u00e9n los laboratorios se pueden hacer durante la misma visita! Adem\u00e1s de practicar medicina, me gusta meditar, yoga, senderismo y escalada en roca en interiores. La meditaci\u00f3n es como la medicina para la mente.
